Walking Basketball Returns Feb 5

Walking Basketball returns to Kilsyth with our FREE 8 week program tipping-off on Thursday February 5,

Are you 55+ and looking for a fun, social way to improve your physical activity? Try Walking Basketball - it's low impact hoops with no basketball experience needed!

The program provides optimal health benefits to all who participate including those who might be intimidated by the pace and impact of a traditional basketball game but love the slower more social version of Walking Basketball.

Whether you're a first time player or experienced hooper, Walking Basketball levels the playing field for all involved in a social, fun and non-competitive environment.

Our eight-week Walking Basketball program tips-off on Thursday February 5, from 10:30am-11:30am at the Kilsyth Sports Centre. Morning tea will be provided after each session, so get on down and enjoy a social, relaxed game of hoops! Register here today to lock in your spot.
