Assist PT’s support of the Cobras SEABL program has yielded tremendous results, with the Lady Cobras claiming back-to-back South Conference championships while the Men reached the playoffs in 2015 before narrowly missing out this past season.
Assist PT’s strength and conditioning services have played a key role in the development of several senior Cobras athletes, including All-SEABL players Kyle Adnam and Jasmine Gill, as well as Jackson Brazier, Jordyn O’Shea, Kieran Murphy and Ben Ursich.
“We’d like to thank the greater Kilsyth Basketball community for their support over the past two years,” Assist PT Director Matt Shepherd said.
“My passion and love for the game got me in the door at Kilsyth and has taken Annette and I to where we are today.”
“It has been great working with some of the youth at Kilsyth Basketball, helping these players achieve their goals and progress their careers, and we look forward to helping more young athletes in the future.”
Kilsyth Basketball Chairman Mal Allison expressed his gratitude towards Assist PT for their increased involvement with Kilsyth Basketball over the past two years, and is optimistic about continuing the sides strong relationship heading into 2017.
“I’d like to thank Matt and Annette for their tremendous support over the past two years,” Allison said.
“It has been a pleasure working with Assist PT and whilst they will no longer continue as our Principal Partner, we look forward to continuing our positive relationship and exploring new partnership opportunities together moving forward.”
With Assist PT’s partnership coming to a close, Kilsyth Basketball is now seeking a new Principal Partner to become the Naming Rights Sponsor for the Kilsyth Cobras and Lady Cobras SEABL teams in 2017 and beyond.
