Rod Popp and the Youth League men will now look to rebuild from an exciting group of talented Under 18’s and 20’s as the team loses some of their most experienced players. Adam Dixon returns to Flager College this week with brother Scott Dixon and Glenn Potts joining him at College in the United States.
All three have filled important roles in 2008 with Scott and Glenn becoming two of the Leagues most dangerous players.
The Cobras will keep a talented line up which includes League leading scorer Joel Naburgs, point guard Cameron Johnson, rebound machine David Moore and Captain Tim Mulhall.
The team will get a short break before returning to the floor later in the year to prepare for the 2009 Season. Coach Popp will be looking to make further inroads with the group and look to return to the finals.
