Phil Munday’s Panel Works in Kilsyth have now completed an extensive redevelopment including 3 new workshop facilities located at 428 Mt Dandenong Road.

Conveniently, customer service is still located at the well known 435 Mt Dandenong Road address, whist the new workshops opposite at #428 include 2 new fully equipped Panel Repair Facilities and a new state of the art Paint Refinish Centre.  With the new centres dedicated to larger work taking in excess of 3 days and structural work (generally towed in vehicles) from 6+ days, this new structure enables the original premises to be utilised for fast track repairs between 1-3 days ensuring vehicle throughput is fast, efficient and vehicles are off the road for the shortest time possible.  Now with the ability to repair in excess of 100 vehicles per week wait times are significantly reduced ensuring customers are booked in immediately.

Always at the forefront of technology, expertise and equipment Phil Munday’s has now introduced new programs for its valued customers including; Loyalty Card offering great benefits at partnered local businesses, Gift Cards, Car Wash & VIP Detail Cards.  Also a customer Gymnasium and a Business ‘work while you wait’ facility have been welcome additions to the customer waiting area, a new Board Room Facility is available for bookings with the option of full catering filling the need for customers requiring a professional meeting space.

Most likely the biggest initiative is the partnering with METEC Driver Training with Phil Munday’s sponsoring Young Driver Programs.  Having seen far too many times the aftermath and tragedy caused by accidents these programs are specifically designed to educate and train in practical skills to avoid the trauma associated with accidents and hopefully also avoid a visit to Phil Munday’s!
