The Kilsyth Cobras Junior Representative Program is currently calling for expressions of interest for the Head/Assistant Coaching positions of all age groups of boys and girls (U12 – U18) for the 2011 Grading 2012 Championship Victorian Junior Basketball League Season. Expectations of all interested coaches are as follows:

• NCAS Level One Coach Certification for Basketball is required for Head Coach Positions;
• Adherence to the Basketball Victoria Coaches Code of Conduct;
•  Understanding of the VJBL 2011 Grading and 2012 Championship program;
• Understanding of the training program (Sunday & Tuesday) for Cobras representative teams;
• Work to the best of their ability within the "Kilsyth Way" playing guidelines;
• Assist with the 2011 Skills Development Sessions (Tuesday evenings 6,
• 13 & 20 September 2011);
• Attend the Team Tryout Selections (October 2011) for the 2011/12 season;
• Agree to attend periodic Coaches Meetings;
• Obtain a Working With Children’s Card and fill out a VJBL Member Protection Declaration form *(if you have a current WWC Check you must present it to the Basketball Administrator. If you have applied for a WWC Check you must supply a copy of the receipt to the Basketball Administrator. All of the above forms must be completed before Coaches commence coaching at Skills/Tryout Sessions);
• Complete a Statement by Supplier form to be kept on file in the K&MDBA office.

E.O.I. forms should be returned by no later than 5 July 2011 to the Kilsyth Basketball Director of Basketball Operations
